These are the rules for using our website and placing orders with us. We've kept them as plain as possible. If something isn't clear, just ask us on WhatsApp before placing an order.
1. Accepting these terms
By browsing toyveda.shop or placing an order with us — whether through the website or WhatsApp — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page always applies. We'll update the date at the top when we make changes.
2. Our products
We do our best to describe every product accurately — dimensions, age suitability, materials, and what's included in the box. Product photographs are as true to life as we can make them, but colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
If you receive a product that is materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, and to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
3. Pricing
All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown clearly before you confirm your order.
We occasionally run promotions and limited-time offers. These apply only within the stated period and cannot be applied to orders placed before or after.
4. Placing an order
You can add items to your cart on the website and complete the order via our WhatsApp checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us on WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before delivery — for example, if an item goes out of stock after you've ordered, or if we can't reach you to confirm delivery details. In such cases, no payment will be collected.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made to the delivery person at the time of delivery, after you've received and checked your order.
Please have the exact amount ready where possible. Our delivery team may not carry change for large denominations.
6. Delivery
We deliver to select societies in Greater Noida West. Our current delivery areas are listed on the website and updated regularly. If your address is outside our delivery zone, we'll let you know before confirming your order.
Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to weather, high order volumes, or access restrictions in gated communities. We will always contact you if we expect a significant delay.
Someone should be available to receive the order. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, we'll contact you to rearrange.
7. Returns and exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund — at our discretion based on the situation.
We do not accept returns of items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging, unless the item is genuinely defective.
Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please message us — we'll do our best to help.
8. Intellectual property
All content on toyveda.shop — including text, photographs, logos, and the site design — belongs to Toyveda or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute it without our written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products — including, for example, a gift arriving late for a specific occasion. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
